I was recently approached by a client regarding a functional art project.  Though I don't consider myself a decorative artist, I have had quite a bit of experience painting produce.  Above is the result--a 24-inch Lazy Susan.  I see more in my future....

Cherry Red Lipstick

Hello, everyone! I've been out of town lately, but managed to do some painting while gone. Here is one--cherries are in season and these matched my lipstick; hence, here is my newest still life. (I don't know where you would hang it though--in the kitchen? Near a vanity/dresser?) Oh, well, the new owner may do whatever she (or he?) wishes....
