Oyster with Lemon

We are now the proud owners of a gallon of freshly shucked oysters from the Gulf of Mexico. Needless to say, I've been snacking on them throughout the day (covered in horseradish). Slurp, slurp!

    I have never eaten an oyster even though I live near the shore. This looks very tempting!!
