Happy Trails Banner Project

The Happy Trails Banner Project has begun! For the month of October, Georgetown, Texas will celebrate its role in the historic Chisholm Trail with 55 banners throughout the historic district. My banner (above) is in front of our public library (yippee!). Even better--I am the first artist listed in the program AND my banner is the starting point for the tour! Here is the final version of my "Happy Trails" painting for Georgetown's Chisholm Trail celebration this fall. The painting is being professionally scanned for a banner that will hang on or near the historic Square. The banner will then be on permanent display at our new high school.
