Baseball

Oil on Gallery-Wrapped Canvas
24 x 24

This little baseball has been immortalized several times.  It was hit out of the park last year while we were leaving a Round Rock Express game (Triple-A Minor League) at Dell Diamond in Texas.  It practically rolled to our car.  Obviously, we had to take it home.

This is the largest baseball I've painted to date.  (Most are about 6x6 in size.)  It is wired for hanging.  Framing is optional.

Miniature Painting/Art Card #12 - Baseball

Acrylic on Bristol Series 300
3.5 x 2.5
SOLD

I can't believe we've already experienced the All Stars Game!  Baseball is in full swing (pun intended!) and I have enjoyed several AAA games at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, Texas.  My family and I had to leave early during one of the games (work, morning appointments).  While reluctantly walking to the car, a foul ball flew over the stadium roof and landed in front of us.  Needless to say, my daughter promptly retrieved it from under a parked SUV.  Here it is....

Play Ball! (No. 3)

Oil on Cradled Panel
6x6
Commissioned

This little painting was commissioned by a childhood friend/next door neighbor for her dad.  What fond memories!  Meanwhile, The Season has finally begun.  I'm looking forward to some Round Rock Express games at Dell Diamond and some TV action with the Astros.  Go, teams!
